Node Panel Base provides educational sessions, workshops, consultations, and coaching related to Solana NFT collecting and creation. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation.

3. Bookings and payment

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in your booking confirmation email. Workshop places require a 50% deposit; the balance is due 7 days before the session date. Consultations and coaching blocks require full payment at booking. Prices are listed on our Rates page and may change; confirmed bookings honour the price quoted at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility. Cancellation terms vary by session type.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, guides, session materials, logos, and design — is owned by Node Panel Base Ltd or our licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

You retain full ownership of any artwork, metadata, or creative assets you bring to sessions. We do not claim rights over your work.

6. User conduct

When attending sessions or using our website, you agree not to: share seed phrases or private keys with our staff (we will never ask for them); use our services for unlawful purposes; harass staff or other attendees; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Our sessions provide education about Solana NFT technology and marketplaces. We are not responsible for financial losses arising from your collecting, minting, or trading decisions made before, during, or after sessions. Network fees, marketplace fees, and token values are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
