Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all sessions booked with Node Panel Base Ltd, including workshops, consultations, mint strategy sessions, and creator coaching blocks.

1. General principles

We aim to be fair and transparent about refunds. Because our sessions involve reserved staff time and limited capacity, cancellation terms vary by session type and timing. All refund requests should be sent to hello@nodepanelbase.click.

2. Creator Workshop

• More than 14 days before session: Full refund of all payments, or free rescheduling to another date.
• 7–14 days before session: 50% refund, or transfer to another date at no extra charge.
• Less than 7 days before session: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person with 48 hours notice.
• Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the session date.

3. Collection Building Consultation

• More than 48 hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 48 hours before session: No refund, but one free reschedule if requested before the original session time.
• Follow-up sessions: Same 48-hour cancellation window applies.

4. Mint Strategy Session

• More than 72 hours before session: Full refund or rescheduling.
• Less than 72 hours before session: 50% refund, or transfer to a later date within 30 days.
• Team sessions: Same terms apply to the full team booking.

5. Creator Coaching blocks

• Before first session: Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the first scheduled session.
• After first session: Refund for remaining unused sessions only, calculated pro-rata minus a £25 administration fee.
• Block expiry: Coaching blocks must be used within 8 weeks of purchase. Unused sessions after this period are non-refundable but may be extended once by request.

6. No-shows

If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend — we will always try to accommodate rescheduling.

7. Cancellations by Node Panel Base

If we cancel a session due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible by email.

8. Work already started

For sessions that include pre-work (such as artwork review submitted before a workshop), if you cancel after we have completed the review, the review portion of the fee (£45) is non-refundable even if the session itself qualifies for a partial refund.

9. Non-refundable items

The following are never refundable:

• Solana network transaction fees you incur during or after sessions
• Third-party marketplace or minting platform fees
• Printed materials already dispatched by post
• Completed pre-session artwork reviews (see section 8)

10. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

11. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free when requested within the cancellation windows above. One reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional reschedules may incur a £15 administration fee.

12. Contact for refund requests

Email hello@nodepanelbase.click with your booking reference, session type, and reason for cancellation. We respond within 2 business days.
