Case study: First-time mint from sketch to devnet test

Leila arrived with hand-drawn trait layers exported from Procreate but no generation pipeline. During the morning segment, we standardised her canvas sizes and renamed 47 layer files to match our naming convention. By afternoon, she had run a 20-piece test batch and reviewed the metadata JSON for each output.
On devnet, Leila completed a test-mint of three pieces using Candy Machine tooling, with Mara guiding each wallet approval. She left with a printed checklist covering royalty settings, Arweave upload options, and a two-week timeline for mainnet preparation.
